It’s easy to create a new quote in a couple of seconds. If the prospect’s data are not yet in the system, there’s no need to return to the CRM: you can just enter them in the quote on the go. If this quote could be used for other clients or later projects, you can simply turn it into a model quote. That way, it’s easy to adopt for a later occasion without starting from scratch.
